OMLAS Experience: “During my participation in the OMLAS online training, it was incredibly gratifying for me as a young volunteer from Timor-Leste. I created a strong network with other fellows from different countries, organizations, backgrounds, and experiences. Additionally, I deeply appreciated all the speakers who shared their experiences on various topics. Over the six months, I gained diverse insights from these speakers, which have driven my personal and professional growth. This experience has equipped me to be a changemaker in my community and country based on everything I learned from the OMLAS online training.”
